Easter this year was so special! We had a wonderful visit from our Mimi & Boompa, and then we celebrated the day of Easter with our Roseville/Rocklin framily...
I took some pictures of the kids in their Easter outfits, and I just couldn't be more in love with them! Added bonus is that I found both of these adorable outfits for less than $7 at the used clothing store!
Before visitors arrived, we enjoyed an Easter themed rice sensory bin with each other and with buddy Emersen!
Then, Mimi & Boompa arrived, and what fun we had! All starting with a special story time with Boompa (and, yes, Greyson is trying on Ava's rain boots :))
Mimi & Boompa's visit was timed coincidentally and perfectly with Ava's special Easter celebration at school where they performed two adorable worship songs, and made a special edible Easter craft.

Greyson loved getting to eat snacks out of Easter eggs..
After school, Mimi & Boompa took Ava out to lunch at her and their favorite restaurant...Dos Coyotes, and then a special trip to Target!

And, of course...no trip from Mimi would be complete without a mall visit! Ava was elated to get new shoes and a balloon!

Saying goodbye to Mimi & Boompa is getting less and less fun! Ava now bawls hysterically the moment we leave them at the airport and is pretty emotional for a few hours afterwards. She loves them so very much!
After their visit, we had our buddy Nathan over for some more fun Easter activities!
And, then...the actual day of Easter for us!
The Greenhoe's graciously host us each year for a lovely Easter potluck!
