Christmas 2018

Christmas 2018 was a wonderful one, spent at our home with just the four of us (five if you count the furry one)!

First, a peek at our favorite family Christmas Card photos, which I took myself this year.

 For Christmas dinner we made Foundue using the new set Unlce Kev and Aunt Jen gifted us! The kids LOVED it!

Disneyland 2018

Still playing catch-up on all memories from the last eight months!

For Christmas 2018, Mimi & Boompa gifted us the most precious gift! A special, 3-day long trip to Disneyland with them! It was truly a trip to remember forever, and so very special to experience the magic that is Disneyland at Christmas time with Mimi & Boompa!

We stayed at the Homewood Suites just a few blocks outside of the park, which was so nice because we could separate the kids for sleeping time, and had delicious, filling breakfasts before walking to the park. Mom and I didn't realize we brought matching clothes upon arrival :)

                                  

We drove most of the day Sunday, arriving in the afternoon and spent the remainder of the day at downtown Disney getting pumped for our upcoming 3 days at Disney!

We had SO much fun each and every day we spent there! We had park hopper passes, but pretty much stuck to one park each day.

Greyson was beyond excited to ride the Trolley in CA Adventure, and even got to ring the bell!

Everyone loved Mater's Tractor Tipping ride!

And, even though a carousel can be found anywhere, the kids had to ride that too :)

Our first evening was especially magical, as Mimi & Boompa treated us to Goofy's kitchen - a magical dining experience where characters come to your table to interact with you and you get an all you can eat buffet with the most incredible quality food! We all had a fabulous time!!

After dinner, we ran into Santa in the lobby of the Disneyland hotel...we of course had to get his autograph :)

Greyson was still too little for Soaring Over the World (mama and Mimi's favorite ride!), so we got some special girl time in <3

We waited about two hours for the parade so we could be sure to have a front row spot. Boy was it worth it to get special waves and kisses blown from every single princess! Ava practiced her dance moves while waiting :)

Watching the castle get lit was such a magical experience. It even "snows" on mainstreet as part of it, and it spells like pumpkin spice!

Teacups were a poor decision...I'm still dizzy 8 months later!

The fireworks show is incredible as well!

We had SUCH an incredible time! We made memories we'll cherish forever, and it was just the best and most fun way to celebrate Christmas! We all loved it so much, Mimi & Boompa are treating us again this year, and we cannot wait!!! <3
