Ava Starts Preschool!

It's hard to believe our baby is already 3 years old! She started Preschool on August 29, 2017, and boy does she LOVE it! Where sending her to a private Christian school that close enough to our home for mama to walk to with the stroller, and we've been so blessed to have an absolutely amazing teacher for her!

As part of her daily experience at school, she had to answer a question on the board (with mama's help), and then put her name under the "yes" or "no"...she also has to practice signing her name in, which has become quite useful as she can already now freely write her own name!

There are a variety of "stations" for her to choose to play at when we say goodbye - a sensory bin, a sensory table, some sort of coloring or painting, and always a really fun that varies with the holidays or seasons (her teacher is super creative!)

Greyson LOVES school!

The school put on a lovely "getting to know you" potluck for all the families of her 9-kid class:

A whole bunch of other kids to play with, and these two love bugs just want to play together <3

Greyson loved this toy so much, he got it for his birthday!

 And, of course, the school has one of the most amazing playgrounds! In the warm weather months, I jog the kids to school and we play here for about 15 minutes before dropping Ava in her class.

All ready for "Warrior Day"...minus pants! ;)

She goes to school Tuesdays and Thursdays for 3 hours, and truly loves it! Mama loves the special 1:1 Greyson time too!
